Norman! What a wonderful human being. J lived in his building at M. Plaza. I was thrilled to bond with him by directing two of his piercingly dramatic plays at the Harlem School of the Arts back in the 70's. One was ATTICA and the other ADVENTURES WITH RICO. He was ahead of his time and a top flight musician. I shall miss him profoundly.

"The best people are like water.
They benefit all things,
And do not compete with them.
They settle in low places,
One with nature, One with Tao"
-Tao Te Ching 8

Norman is my gentle, generous hero, always ready to help and make life better.
Thank you Norman for being you.

Love and blessings to you and your ancestors.
